Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

A good salad dressing can transform even the most boring plate of vegetables into a meal worthy of a shot on the ‘gram. Ideal for lunches, use this dressing to make healthy eating something you look forward to. Recipe by Alexandria Halsall @eathealthystudent


  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl or blender, whisking together.
  2. Leave in fridge for flavours to blend for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Pour over a freshly prepared salad.
  4. Serving suggestion: pair dressed salad with a veggie burger or lean protein


  • 3 tsp Manx honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
