The Outlier Distilling Company produces a range of outstanding locally sourced spirits that can just as easily sit on the shelves of a high concept bar as they could a home cocktail cabinet. Outlier's Hoolie Manx rum and Honey Bun honey liqueur has been acrredited with the Made In Isle of Man accreditation, while the Hedge Fund Manx berry schnapps was the first spirit to be granted the Product of Isle of Man accreditation.
