We are the last traditional Manx kipper yard, smoking the same way since 1882 when the yard was built.
Take a step back in time and see how kippers have been produced in our historic buildings, dating to 1882.
Free tours of the kipper yard on Mondays and Fridays from May to September at 3.30pm.
Coach parties welcomed at any time by arrangement.
